the location is handy, close to the railway station. the reception staff were friendly, and it helped me feel welcome. my room was nothing messy, with everything i expected at an ibis hotel. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was powerful.
the heat in the room was unbearable during the night. the heating was off, and there was no air con. my room was facing the road, so it was too noisy to open the window. the bathroom had no extractor fan (and no window).

easy check in comfortable bed hot water
check in was easy and quick. the room temperature was great and easy to control. bathroom had hot water available. i found the bed was quite comfortable.
the breakfast was disappointing and lacked fried, boiled and poached eggs.

convenient location drink selection friendly staff worn furniture carpet stain
The location was really convenient for accessing local shops. The bar offered a decent selection of drinks. Staff was friendly, and the service was prompt.
I found that the furniture in the room was worn. The carpet had stains.

friendly staff convenient location
the staff was very friendly and helpful plus the hotel is pet friendly my dog felt very welcome. the location is also superb with easy access to many sights restaurants shops and even the police station that is super convenient
the reception bar area felt a bit like a classroom with not so many comfy seats

excellent breakfast friendly staff good location cheap parking
the breakfast was excellent and had great choices, i was so happy. the staff are friendly and super helpful. the hotel location is really good, it is close to the train station and other places. nearby cheap parking was also available and i really liked it.

the staff made an effort to accommodate my allergy. they are friendly and could not do enough for you. the staff attended to us like it was the middle of the afternoon, even though we arrived late.
